After you create your workspace
- Company settings: upload your logo and check your business details.
- Add or import customers and products; add Service items if you perform site work.
- Add your people and vehicles, then set up staff invitations and driver PIN access in Team access.
- Create an order and plan a delivery, or book a service job.
Put the Admin Portal on an iPhone or Android
Add BM Admin to your phone

- Open hub.brightermanagement.com.au in Safari.
- Tap Share . On some layouts, tap More first.
- Choose Add to Home Screen. Turn on Open as Web App if offered.
- Check the name is BM Admin, then tap Add.
Open BM Admin from your Home Screen. Sign in with your own email, password and any security code requested.

Put the Driver Portal on an iPhone or Android
Office setup: add each driver or technician in People & fleet. In Team access → Driver PIN access, set their sign-in name and four- or six-digit PIN. Share those details and the company ID privately.

- Open driver.brightermanagement.com.au in Safari.
- Tap Share . On some layouts, tap More first.
- Choose Add to Home Screen. Turn on Open as Web App if offered.
- Check the name is BM driver, then tap Add.
Open BM driver from your Home Screen. Use your company ID, sign-in name and four- or six-digit PIN.

Each person sees only their assigned work. Assign runs in Delivery planner and visits in Service planner. Keep an internet connection for loading work and confirming saves. A delivery draft on the phone is only complete after the app confirms it was saved. Sign in again when asked; a PIN session lasts up to 12 hours.
